Really interesting and beautiful illustrations!

Honestly, we had borrowed this from the library and loved it so much, we had to buy it!There are SO many women that I haven't even heard of and I didn't want to put it down. My 7-year old loves it too, and it is our new favorite book. I absolutely love that this includes illustrations from many different artists - supporting them as well.Such a great find and I am going to see if there are more by this author, because I can't get enough!

EPIC!

This book is a wonderful compilation of fantastic women told in a fun graphic art manner. My students' favorite part is the little quiz before each bio that asks how similar they are to each noisemaker. They love this part and seeing how much they have in common with women they admire. It is an excellent cross section with some notable women and some more esoteric but equally interesting ones. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
